How to request for a refund?

Once the request has been validated by our team, we will process your refund immediately. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 15-20 business days, depending on your bank and payment method.
What is the return period?
The return can be requested within the period of 15 days after the purchase. No refund shall be processed after 15 days of product usage.

The refund request will be initiated immediately and the payment process shall be completed within the period of 15 days.
